Terms of Service for Baltic Way cleaning Service

Welcome to Baltic Way cleaning Service's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment is due at the time of service. We take 20% deposit after, we scheduie appointment. We accept credit cards, and electronic transfers and cash 

2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and deposet non-refundable

3. Our cleaning staff will not be responsible for any damages caused by the client's negligence.

4. Any complaints or issues with our service must be reported within 24 hours for us to address the matter.

5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason if it compromises the safety or well-being of our staff.

6. Client agrees to provide a clear and safe working environment for our staff, including maintaining clear pathways and ensuring pets are secured.
